Pirez reserve the right to reject or suspend the sale of products at wholesale or discounted prices at any time and without notice.
Global pricelist changes will be distributed to all wholesale customers from time to time.
To minimise confusion or errors in ordering, all wholesale orders must be placed on our Wholesale Price List and Order form which can then be submitted via email to email@example.com .

Products may become out of stock occasionally. To avoid disappointment, allow 2-3 weeks for your orders in advance.
Special orders may be available for out of stock items, but may incur minimum quantities and additional fees to cover items such as express delivery, air freight charges, etc.

Payment terms for all new wholesale customers commence with cash on delivery (C.O.D)
Account terms of 7 and 14 days from date of invoice may be agreed following the approval of a completed application. An application can be lodged with our Sales Office.
Failure to pay your account on time may result in a suspension of account use, or account terms changing to cash on delivery (C.O.D).
All shipping fees will be calculated at the time of purchase and will be determined on a case by case basis. Our service delivery team will be able to provide an appropriate quotation.

Wholesale orders may be made available for collection from our warehouse in Derrimut, Victoria on any weekday between 9am and 4pm. All collections of wholesale orders must be confirmed by prior arrangement through our service delivery team.
Wholesale customers that provide their own logistics providers can have the shipping fees waived. Our service delivery team must be advised prior to purchasing to ensure the delivery fees are excluded from the invoice and that the stock is available and can be prepared for collection at an agreed time.
If items are in stock, our turnaround time for delivery to Melbourne customers is 2-5 days or 3-7 days for interstate customers.
If any item purchased is damaged or defective, it can be returned to Pirez for a replacement or full refund of the total product cost. A credit can be applied to your account or redeemed on other available items.
In this instance, the wholesale customer must advise us within 30 working days after goods are received.
The wholesale customer must provide details about the way in which the goods are damaged or defective. Products may not be returned if items have been used. All products must be returned in a saleable condition with the original packaging.
A refund will only be processed once goods are received and inspected by our technical specialists. Pirez reserves the right to deny any refund for goods returned in used or damaged condition.
For all returns, the wholesale customer is required to pay the return courier fees. If a warranty claim is deemed valid following inspection, a credit will be authorised as reimbursement for these fees.
If any part of an order is returned due to change of mind, incorrect choice, or customer error, Pirez at its sole discretion may charge the wholesale customer for any postage and handling costs which are charged to us by the couriers as well as recouping any costs associated with repackaging the items returned for restocking.
Warranty becomes void if a wholesale customer has installed the parts/components on a bike or modified any of the pre-programmed settings.
